I always thought that a Zelda movie would be really good when I was younger, since I've always loved those medieavel kind of romps; Robin Hood - Prince of Thieves, for example was always a favourite. However, after the decidedly bad attempt to make a film on Super Mario Bros (they went about it the totally wrong way. It should have been based towards children, and not full of silly sci-fi stuff), I think that Nintendo won't be selling off the rights to it's infamous RPG, incase that goes wrong too. However, done the right way, I really do believe that Zelda has the potential to make it as a movie. It could be done with real actors, or animated. Animated might be successful, depending on how it's done. I wouldn't say a Disney style type, but I doubt I'd see it if it was anime either.

Anyway, a girl called Jilly emailed me with this letter. I've had my say above, but this whole thing will be in Jilly's hands, so remember to send all mail to her, please! Here's what she said;

A couple friends and I are trying to make a zelda movie a reality. We are trying to get a sort of petition to send to nintendo to show that people would like a zelda movie. We think that if we show them that there is enough support, they might want to make it.
