World Zelda Music Radio began back in 2005 as part of the Zelda Reorchestrated project but sadly was shut down due to financial issues. Ebuch took it in hand to rebuild and re-open the project and it was relaunched on June 21st 2008 with a live broadcast, and a Q&A segment.
The goal of the site is to unite the community through a
mass-media type of communication involving any Zelda site that wishes to take part via shows,
commercials, or news. There is a regular program on at all times when other features are off that
features the entire collection of the Zelda Reorchestrated songs. |
How do I tune in?
Winamp is the recommended player for streaming, but iTunes, and VLC are also supported. WZMR will not work in Windows Media Player at present I'm afraid. Simply click on the logos to launch WZMR, or follow the instructions below.
Winamp - Recommended Player
1. Open Winamp
2. Click on "File"
3. Click on "Play URL"
4. Enter http://radio.wzmrradio.com:8000/
5. If you want, you can add WZMR to your Bookmarks, for more convenience.
iTunes
1. Open iTunes
2. From the menu bar, click on "Advanced."
3. Click on "Open Stream."
4. Enter http://radio.wzmrradio.com:8000/

Can I get involved or make suggestions?
Of course! It is a community project so if you have an idea for a new radio show for example, want to showcase a Zelda song or do a news article or context you can send your suggestion to the people who run WZMR and they will get back in touch with you to discuss it.
