Authors note: Hey guys! this is my first attempt at writing a fanfiction, so please go easy on me with this. Sinse I'm new at this I welcome suggestions on how I might make my next story better.

Of course as has been said many times before, all characters, locations, whatever from the Zelda games are property of Nintendo.

I have had quite a few inspirations on for this, however the main three I'd like to credit are Kasuto of Kataan, Pata Hakiri, and Meghan England. All three of them have produced great works and inspired me to make this story.

Also a special thanks to Juliet and Kirsty Singleton, who, without them and their site I may have never found the inspiration to write this.

Summary: This story takes place in the immediate aftermath of OOT. It begins with Link and Zelda's showdown with Ganon which I recapped with some changes and additions to fit it into the story. The main one, is Link confessing his love for Zelda and stopping her from sending him back. The beginning passes as normal, however as the Hero of Time and Princess of Destiny live their lives normally, they are unaware of a new evil force gathering that is even more dangerous than Ganondorf. Soon Link and Zelda find themselves caught up a new struggle to save the land of Hyrule from this mysterious new force...
