One day it was a beautiful day in Hyrule and Link had defeated Ganon long ago, but in the castle
Princess Zelda was sick and nobody knew what it was or how to cure it but it kept
getting worse as Link was by her side Zelda was terribly sick.
She was dying she said to Link, "Link before I die I want you to know that I…love…you
and I've…always loved you." Than she died.
Everyone was sad even Link He went back to Kokiri Forest his home and as Mido teased him Link
ignored him. He was too sad to even care and Mido didn't like being pushed aside
like that he kept teasing Link than evenly Link punched him.
Saria knew Link was sad and when Link climbed to his house he locked the door.
Saria knocked but Link didn't answer. He didn't want Saria to see him cry he just
said, "Please don’t bother me I don’t feel like being bothered" Saria said,
"Link I know some things wrong."
Link said, "Just leave." Saria said, "Just because you’re sad doesn’t mean you have to
be arrogant. Just come over to my house at dinner." Than Saria left as Link cried.
He asked, "Why did it have to be Zelda why couldn’t the Goddesses take me instead?"
Everyone Link knew had died. His father before he was born. His mother when he
was a baby and now Zelda. Link just wanted to lie down and die.
At dinner Link when to Saria's house he was mostly going to apologies for being snotty to
her. Link knocked and Saria said, "Come in." Link entered than Link came to
Saria and said, "Saria sorry about pushing you aside earlier today." Saria said,
"Its alright Link." So the two had dinner. After dinner Saria asked, "Link what's wrong."
Link said, "Nothing." She said sympathetically, "I know something is wrong you can tell me."
Link said, "I-I just can’t say it." As his eyes started to well up with tears as Link
looked away so Saria couldn't see the tears. After Link dried his eyes Saria asked
him again she said, "Link if you don't tell me I won’t stop asking. Now tell me what happened?"
Then Link finally admitted it he said, "Zelda died." Saria asked, "What?" Link
confessed, "She died of an unknown sickness." Saria hugged him as
he started crying over her shoulder. Saria allowed Link to stay for the night. So he did.
Even in bed he silently cried pleading that the pain would end, but it didn't.
He managed to get to sleep but all he could think about was Zelda and
he dreamed of all the good times he had with Zelda. The next day he woke and he felt the same.
Him and Saria later that day went to attend Zelda's funeral. Saria was only able to
leave the forest cause she is a forest sage. At the funeral there was
Darunia, Impa, Malon, and the king of course. Darunia said to Link, "Brother I know
how hard this is for you." Impa said to Link, "This is a tough time for all of us.
It's tough for me cause I took care of Zelda, it's tough for Malon cause her and Zelda
are best friends, it's tough for the king because not only is he, her father but
also because she is the future ruler of Hyrule." Saria was with Link said to him,
"Link if you need a hug or anything you just let me know." Link said, "Okay."
But all Link wanted was to die. After the speech was given Zelda was buried after that
everyone went back to his or her homes.
Part 2
Author's
note: I saw what you said about the first half of my story and just keep in
mind that was my FIRST story, and this is the second half of it. So be nice!*
Link was back at his house still sad about
Zelda's death, he loved her and she loved him but they never admitted they loved
each other till she was dying. While in heaven where Zelda now resided, she was
also sad to see Link so sad now, how he had suffered his whole life since
birth. Zelda asked Nayru, "Nayru
isn't there something you can do for Link?" Nayru
just looked at Zelda and said, "I know how you feel here is something that
can be done." Nayru told Zelda about the plan
and Zelda liked the idea.
The next day after Link had woke
up he knew today was going to be another lonely day. Link was about to kill
himself so he drew his sword but before the tip of the sword could even touch
his stomach Farore appeared before him. Farore said, "Stop Link I am the Goddess of Courage Farore. Last night me and my
sister Nayru Goddess of Wisdom both came up with a
plan to bring Zelda back to life." Link put his sword away he was willing
to try anything. He asked, "How, oh great Farore?"
Farore said, "You need six great Fairy
flowers." Link said, "But the great fairies just disappear the moment
they grant me power how do I get their flowers?" Farore
said, "I'll speak to them. Collect the flowers than I'll tell you what to
do next." Then Farore was gone. Link was willing to do what it takes to
see Zelda again. So he set out on his quest.
He remembered where every Fairy Fountain was because
he had seen them all before. After collecting six of the flowers Farore appeared again and said, "Excellent Link now
put the flowers on Zelda's grave and you’ll see Zelda again." Then she
disappeared. So Link took the flowers to Zelda's grave and placed the six
flowers on it than there was a huge flash and Zelda was right there hugging
Link. It worked!
As
the two hugged they talked about how they both loved each other. They than went
back to the castle and the guard saw the girl and assumed she must've been a
friend of Zelda's so the guard let them in where in the throne room there was
the King, Impa, and Malon. Everyone greeted Link
sounding glum Link said, "Hi everyone this is Zelda." Everyone gasped
in amazement the king asked, "Link is this true?" Link nodded and
said, "This is really Zelda." The king knew Link wouldn't play a
cruel joke on him and say it's not Zelda. Zelda said, "If you want further
proof I"m really alive check my grave." She
sounded just like Zelda. So that after noon all of Hyrule
all the people who attended the funeral were back. The grave showed no signs of
theft. So the grave was dug up and the coffin was pulled put and when the
coffin was opened all that was in there was a Triforce
it proved that Zelda really was alive everyone cheered in happiness Zelda was
alive. That day Link when home happy so happy that not even Mido could ruin his day. Everything was perfect.
